Call me into the hollow
Where I will find my teacher
Walking the path I follow
I come to find this creature
A Woodland Teaching

connecting with one’s soul, and through that, all that is

Call me into the hollow
Where I will find my teacher
Walking the path I follow
I come to find this creature

Release my hand from the bud
To let the petals open
Breathing through
The patience of blossoming

How long can I stay under?
Liminal, fluid, and alive
Unfurling visions of wonder
Why must I breathe in to survive?

It’s a slow piercing
That trembles in my heart
This shaking shudder
Breaks the pieces apart

Let me rise up in the still of night,
Come out beneath the expansive sky,
Sink under the clear water,

I want to know you
Yearn to unveil your mystery
How low can I bow
